Ingredients👇
(1) -2 tablespoons oil.
(2) -1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
(3) -2 bay leaves.
(4) -2 chopped onions.
(5) -2 tomatoes, finely chopped.
(5) -1 tablespoon ginger paste.
(6) -1 tablespoon garlic paste.
(7) -1/4 cup cashews, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
(8) -1 teaspoon red chili powder.
(9) -1 teaspoon coriander powder.
(10) -1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
(11) -1 teaspoon garam masala.
(12) -1/4 cup heavy cream.
(13) -Salt, to taste.
(14) -Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish.
Instructions
1:- Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove the paneer from the pan and keep it aside.
2 :- In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and let it heat. Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and sauté for a few seconds until the cumin seeds start to sizzle.
3 :- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4 :- Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
5 :- Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until they turn soft and mushy.
6 :- Add the soaked cashews, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes.
7 :- Remove the bay leaves and let the mixture cool down. Once it cools down, blend it into a smooth paste using a blender.
8 :- Transfer the blended mixture back into the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
9 :- Add heavy cream and mix well. Add salt to taste.
10 :- Add the fried cubes to the gravy and let it simmer for a few minutes.
11 :- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
